Mabel Broughton was born on 2nd March 1922 at 14 Walton Road, Lowestoft. She married John Ralph Ainscough in Nuneaton on 20th November 1943. She lived at 3 Stonefield Avenue, Kelvindale, Glasgow, from 1946 to 1951. From 1951 to 1957 she lived at 248 Crown Lane, Horwich. From 1957 to 1960 she lived at 1 Devon Place, Lancaster. From 1957 to 1973 she lived at 26 Barton Road, Lancaster. From 1973 to 2016 she lived at 17 Peacock Crescent, Hest Bank. She died in the Sands nursing home at 309 Marine Road East, Morecambe on 31st January 2013.
